Barenjager is a German liqueur made of honey and fine spirits, which contains at least 25 kg honey per 100 l liqueur. Origin: Eastern Prussia, 15. Century. The alcohol content is 15 percent by volume.
From Poland originates the "Krupnik Honey Liqueur", whose origin goes back until 1300.
